Attention all staff and clients of 911Foreclosure, Bankrupts Housing, and Cash for Keys,
these businesses will cease trading effective February 13, 2013.
On June 17, 2012, our lead consulting paralegal was arrested and charged with breaking and entering into one of the properties with which we are associated. As expected, the Judge dismissed the charge. Fairfax County police officer Jefferson rearrested our representative and charged him with breaking and entering and grand larceny.
The Grand Jury indictment names J.P. Morgan Chase. We believe J.P. Morgan Chase illegally used the criminal court system after being defeated in the civil court system. As you are well aware, on June 28, 2012, Judge Azaratie ruled “dismissed with prejudice” J.P. Morgan Chase’s attempts to get possession of the property. The appeal period passed without the bank’s taking any action. “Dismissed with prejudice” combined with the failure to make a timely appeal means that the bank should never be able to obtain possession of the property. We believe that this is one of the clearest victories of our organization.
It is clear that the banks are now using the criminal courts to help achieve the results that they had not been able to achieve in the civil courts.
The only reason these businesses must close is because of officer Jefferson's decision to help J.P. Morgan Chase at the expense of homeowners in distress and his sole authority to take action that could result in serious jail time for our staff.

Tell me more?...
This sounds too good to be true, right? Well, here’s how it’s all possible…
BlackListNow.com uses bankruptcy laws and other strategies to help homeowners keep home. The way this is done is that someone in active bankruptcy lives in one room in the home (potentially YOU). Then, the other rooms in the home are rented to members of the public at a price about 80% of market value. This makes the homeowner happy, because they are receiving rental income on their property, and is what makes you, the person in active bankruptcy, valuable to BlackListNow.com. This is how BlackListNow.com is able to offer you the rental accommodations for free.
Please contact Operations@BlackListNow.com or call 703-829-2555 to get started in the process, and on your way to finding somewhere to live during your active bankruptcy status!
